STRATEGIC HARBOR PLAN STEERING COMMITTEE
The Economic and Community Development Department initiated this study. While a previous industrial waterfront study was conducted in 2021 focused primarily on landslide concerns, this new study will concentrate on activities within and adjacent to the harbor. Key areas of focus include harbor functionality, economic impact, activation of underutilizes spaces, access and tourism.
