The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing and deciding appeals from decisions of the zoning inspector, as well as varying the zoning regulations where an applicant is found to have an unnecessary hardship or practical difficulty.  Additional information can be found at "ZBA Rules of Procedure (Article II) Click the link to download a copy of the of the Variance Application.
