The Norwalk Housing Authority, founded in 1939, offers affordable housing options through its residential communities, Section 8/Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV), and rent subsidies via housing assistance payments for rental apartments. Additionally, the authority owns and manages 18 properties across Norwalk, serving over 2,000 families throughout the City.
